At Amp Fusion, we prioritize delivering your energy solutions safely and economically. Due to the nature of our products—ranging from single inverters to heavy industrial battery modules—our shipping process is tailored to the specific needs of each order.

Please note regarding Solar Panels: Our main inventory focus is on Inverters and Battery Storage systems. However, we can help source high-quality solar panels via our trusted partners. If you require panels for your project, please get in touch with us directly.

How We Calculate Shipping 

We do not use a “one size fits all” shipping rate. Instead, we calculate shipping on a case-by-case basis to ensure you get the best possible price.

  • Small Orders (e.g., Single Inverters, Accessories): Typically sent via courier services for faster delivery.
  • Large Orders (e.g., Batteries, Pallets, Complete Systems): Shipped via specialized road freight carriers to ensure safety and handle the weight requirements.

Our Warehouses 

We fulfill orders from our strategic warehouse locations within the European Union. This allows us to maintain stock availability and provide reliable logistics across the region.

Order Process

  1. Request / Checkout: When you place an order or request a quote, our system captures your delivery address.
  2. Calculation: We review the weight and dimensions of your cart and compare quotes from multiple carriers to find the most economical and reliable option for your specific location.
  3. Confirmation: You will receive a final total including the precise shipping cost before payment is finalized.

Delivery Times & Tracking

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary significantly depending on the shipping method. A courier package may arrive in a few days, while heavy palletized freight will take longer to coordinate and transport. We will provide an estimated timeframe once your shipping method is confirmed.
  • Tracking: Where available, we will provide a tracking number or carrier link. Please note that some specialized road freight carriers do not offer real-time tracking links, but we will keep you informed of the status.

Important Note on Receipt 

Our products are shipped in robust, industrial-grade packaging designed to withstand transport. It is very unlikely that the product inside is damaged even if the outer cardboard shows some signs of wear. However, we still advise you to inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

If you notice significant damage to the packaging, please note it on the driver’s delivery receipt or refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately at shop@amp-fusion.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
