Return & Refund Policy

At Amp Fusion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a consumer in the European Union, you have specific rights regarding returns and cancellations. This policy outlines how we handle returns for our inverters, batteries, and accessories in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) You have the right to withdraw from this contract and return your products within 14 days without giving any reason

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
• To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by emailing us at shop@amp-fusion.com before the 14-day period expires.

2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and cables included.
• In a resellable condition.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Wrong Item: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Amp Fusion will cover the return shipping costs.
• Voluntary Return (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you (the customer) are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Please Note: Due to the nature of our products (heavy inverters and hazardous lithium batteries), return shipping costs can be significant. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

4. How to Return a Product Important: Please do not send returns without prior authorization. We utilize different warehouse locations depending on the product type (e.g., batteries vs. inverters).

1. Contact Us: Email shop@amp-fusion.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return address for your items.
3. Packing: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
   • Safety Warning: If returning Lithium Batteries, please consult with us first regarding transport regulations.
4. Labeling: Clearly attach the shipping label provided or address the package as instructed by our support team.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return at the designated facility, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
• Diminished Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
